– Client / You / Your: The person or entity receiving Services from Sam Henderson Coaching under these Terms and Conditions.
– Coach / We / Us / Our: Refers to Sam Henderson Coaching and its authorised representatives.
– Coaching: A professional, collaborative process between the Coach and the Client that supports the Client in clarifying goals, identifying challenges, and developing strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Coaching is forward-focused and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions.
– Community: Any online or in-person group space facilitated by Sam Henderson Coaching, including but not limited to workshops, retreats, app-based groups, and private or public social media groups.
– Conscious Hypnosis: A natural, focused state of attention and relaxation used to communicate with the subconscious mind while the Client remains aware and in control at all times. Used to reinforce positive suggestions, visualisations, and behaviours.
– Digital Products: Any downloadable, streamable, or otherwise digitally accessed content provided by Sam Henderson Coaching, including but not limited to hypnosis recordings, meditations, audio files, videos, PDFs, and workbooks.
– Emergency: An unforeseen and unavoidable event such as illness, injury, or serious family matter that prevents attendance at a scheduled session.
– Event: Any live, virtual, or in-person workshop, seminar, retreat, or group session hosted by Sam Henderson Coaching.
– Fees: The fees charged and/or payable by You to Us for the Services provided, as agreed before commencement.
– GST Law: Has the same meaning as GST Law in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth) and also includes any related Act imposing such tax or legislation enacted to validate, recapture, or recoup such tax.
– Initial Term: The term of six (6) months from the date of these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise agreed.
– Intellectual Property: All content, materials, processes, methodologies, concepts, and resources owned by Sam Henderson Coaching, whether delivered in physical, verbal, or digital form, including but not limited to coaching materials, recordings, and proprietary techniques.
– Life Coaching: A collaborative process between the Coach and Client that supports personal and/or professional development, focusing on forward action and positive change rather than diagnosis or therapy.
– Matrix Therapies: A process used to work with the unconscious mind to release limiting beliefs, resolve emotional blocks, and integrate new empowering decisions, helping clients align with their values and goals.
– Media: Media platforms used by Sam Henderson Coaching, such as social media accounts, websites, and marketing channels.
– Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): A collection of techniques and principles exploring how language, thought patterns, and behaviour are connected. Used to reframe limiting beliefs, install empowering thought patterns, and create strategies for success.
– Platform: Any online platform, app, or website used to deliver Sam Henderson Coaching Services and materials, including member areas.
– SAM HENDERSON COACHING: Sam Henderson Coaching (ABN 80 487 974 252), including its directors, employees, contractors, and agents.
– Services: Includes one-on-one coaching, group coaching, workshops, retreats, events, online programs, app access, hypnosis sessions, NLP processes, Matrix Therapies, community activities, and the provision of all related materials and resources.
– Terms and Conditions: This Agreement as amended from time to time.

By accessing or using the website, app, online platforms, events, products, or services provided by Sam Henderson Coaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or disclaimers displayed on our website or platforms.

– One-on-one coaching sessions: Personalised coaching tailored to the client’s goals and needs.
– Group coaching programs, workshops, and retreats: Interactive and immersive experiences for personal growth.
– Events (in-person and online): Sessions, seminars, and gatherings to inspire and educate.
– The Unlocking You app and subscription-based services: Digital access to tools, resources, and ongoing support.
– Hypnosis recordings, meditations, and other digital products: Resources to support mindset, wellbeing, and transformation.
– Online courses and downloadable materials: Self-paced learning content.
– Community spaces (in-person or online): Connection-focused environments for growth and support.
– Use of modalities such as Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Matrix Therapies, and Conscious Hypnosis: Techniques to create positive change and transformation.

These services may be delivered in person, online, or through our platforms. Full service details, inclusions, and fees are disclosed prior to purchase or booking.

- All services are subject to availability. Sam Henderson Coaching reserves the right to change, modify, or withdraw any service at any time without prior notice.

– Unlocking You is delivered via a third-party app platform. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the technical requirements for accessing the app.
– Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
– Lifetime access purchases provide access for the lifetime of the app service, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
– Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the paid period.
– We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue app features or content at any time, to improve service or comply with legal/technical requirements.
– Your login credentials are for personal use only and must not be shared.
– Access to app content may be revoked without refund if you breach our Terms, misuse content, or share materials without permission.

– The effectiveness of our services depends on the time, effort, and commitment you dedicate to applying what you learn.
– Results are not guaranteed and are directly influenced by your ability to integrate and use the techniques provided.
– You may use our services, tools, and materials only in connection with the work for which they were prepared.
– We are not responsible for any misuse, unauthorised reproduction, or redistribution of our services, documents, or techniques.
– Any sharing, selling, or duplication of materials without our written permission is prohibited.

– Payment Terms – All fees must be paid in full prior to the delivery of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Accepted Payment Methods – Bank transfer, credit/debit card, and any other methods specified on your invoice or through our payment platform.
– Invoices – Issued prior to the commencement of services or as part of an agreed payment plan.
– GST and Taxes – All prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes will be added to the total amount.
– Late or Failed Payments – Services may be paused or terminated if payment is not received by the due date.
– Refunds –
 • Refunds are not available for completed sessions, programs, group events, or digital products once delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
 • 1:1 and group coaching sessions require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session fee being forfeited.
 • Missed group coaching calls, workshops, or live sessions will not be refunded. Where available, a recording will be provided, but this is not guaranteed.
 • Event and workshop tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior written notice.
 • Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

All monetary amounts referred to on this website and in our services are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

– Cancellation Notice: You are required to give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.
– Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being forfeited.
– No-Show Policy: If you do not attend a confirmed session without prior notice, the session will be counted as delivered, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
– Group Coaching & Events: If you miss a scheduled group coaching session, workshop, or event, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement session. Recordings or replays may be provided at the discretion of the Coach, but are not guaranteed.
– Digital Content Access: If a recording or replay is made available, it will be for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed. Access to recordings may be time-limited and is subject to removal without notice.
– Emergencies: Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Coach. An emergency refers to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances such as a medical emergency, serious illness, family emergency, or other event outside of your control.
– Rescheduling After Emergency: In an approved emergency, the missed 1:1 session must be rescheduled within 14 days, subject to the Coach’s availability. If not rescheduled within this timeframe, the session will be forfeited.
– Coach Cancellations: In the rare event the Coach cancels a session, the fee for that session will be transferred to a future session. A refund will only be issued if agreed upon in writing.

– Termination by Coach – We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if you breach these Terms, fail to pay agreed fees, engage in unsafe or abusive behaviour, or disrupt the coaching process.

- If the Coach cancels an event or workshop, participants will be offered either a transfer to a future event or a full refund.

Confidentiality – All information shared in coaching sessions, group programs, workshops, events, or community spaces is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, unless required by law.

Confidential information will not be disclosed without your explicit consent, except as required by law. If content from a recorded session is used for educational or promotional purposes, identifying details will be removed unless you agree otherwise.

Recordings – Some coaching sessions, group sessions, workshops, or events may be recorded for:

Service quality improvement and the Coach’s learning and development.

Providing replays to participants (where available).

Creating educational content, guided meditations, or hypnosis sessions to be shared on the Sam Henderson Coaching website, Unlocking You app, or other platforms.

By attending a recorded group session, you consent to being recorded for these purposes. Recordings are stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent.

We may use AI-assisted transcription tools to produce notes or summaries of sessions. These are securely stored and not shared without your consent.

Our spaces are designed to be safe, supportive, and empowering. Whether you’re in a 1:1 session, group program, workshop, event, or online community, we ask that you:

– Treat all members with kindness, respect, and compassion.
– Honour the confidentiality and privacy of others. What’s shared in our spaces stays in our spaces.
– Avoid any behaviour that is disruptive, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory. Such behaviour will result in removal from the program, group, or event without refund.
– Do not record, screenshot, or share another participant’s personal information, contributions, or images without their explicit consent.
– Come with an open mind and a willingness to listen, share, and engage in ways that feel authentic to you.
– Contribute in a way that supports a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for everyone.
– Understand that everyone is at a different stage in their journey. Hold space for differences and approach discussions without judgement.
– Be mindful of the impact of your words and actions, and aim to lift others up.

By participating in our spaces, you agree to uphold these guidelines so that everyone can feel safe, heard, and valued.

– All content, materials, processes, methodologies, concepts, and resources provided by Sam Henderson Coaching remain the exclusive property of Sam Henderson Coaching.
– This includes (but is not limited to) hypnosis recordings, meditations, worksheets, videos, PDFs, and coaching frameworks.
– You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use materials for your own personal use only.
– You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share materials without prior written consent.
– Any unauthorised use may result in termination of services and potential legal action.

- Use of purchased content is for personal use only and must not be resold, duplicated, or publicly distributed without prior written permission from Sam Henderson Coaching.

– Coaching, NLP, Matrix Therapies, and Conscious Hypnosis are personal development tools designed to support growth, self-awareness, and positive change. They are not substitutes for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice.
– Sam Henderson Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions.
– All information and techniques shared are for educational and self-improvement purposes only.
– Results vary for each person and depend on individual commitment, actions, and personal circumstances. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
– Your participation in any program, session, or event is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after working with us.
